WANDA LYNNE WHEELER

Wanda Lynne Wheeler, 61, of East Side Borough, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022 in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township.

Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Marion Wisdow Stolpe Jr. and was a graduate of Crestwood High School.  She worked as a dietary aide in the long term care industry and previously worked for Pocono Hershey Resort and Mount Laurel, White Haven. Wanda was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church, White Haven; enjoyed traveling especially to Cape May, line dancing and campfires.  She mostly loved spending time with her grandchildren and her dog, Sydney.

Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband, Ronald Wheeler, daughters, Lauren L. Karnatski, Samantha L. (Jared) Ellis and two grandchildren, JJ Ellis and Kali Karnatski.  She is also survived by her siblings, Deborah Meddaugh and Connie Eppley.

Funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 4:00 pm from the Lehman Family Funeral Service, Inc. 403 Berwick St. White Haven.

Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation from 2:00 pm on Saturday until time of service at the funeral home.
