Walter S. Kenworthy, 83, of Blakeslee, died at home, Wednesday, February 3, 2021.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late William Streeper and Virginia Elizabeth Deimeyer Kenworthy and was a graduate of Northeast High School. Walter served his country proudly in the United States Army and was employed as an electrical engineer for Motorola prior to retirement. He was an amateur Ham Radio operator; was a member of Ham Radio Clubs and was very interested in his family ancestry.
Walter is survived by his loving wife, Karolina Bernbacher Kenworthy; daughter, Debra Lee and her husband, Joseph of Turnersville; son, Walter Kenworthy and his wife, Regina of Harleysville; three grandchildren, Amanda Boornazian and her husband, Chris of Cherry Hill, NJ; Ryan and David Lee of Turnersville.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the George Washington Memorial Cemetery, Plymouth Meeting.
