SARAH M. JONES

Sarah M. Jones, 29, of Wilkes-Barre Township, formerly of Mountain Top, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2024.

Born in Kingston, she was the daughter of Linda Ann Urban Jones of Mountain Top and the late Patrick J. Jones.  Sarah was a graduate of Crestwood High School and worked as a clerk at Staples.  She enjoyed listening to Pink Floyd music, cooking, baking and doing arts and crafts.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Anna Marie Cook Urban and Leonard W. Urban and infant sister Megan Marie Jones in 1994.

Left to cherish her memory, in addition to her mother, are her sons, Tyler Jones, Liam Draina; brother Matthew P. Jones; paternal grandfather Matthew Jones; paternal grandmother Dominique Jones; aunts and uncles.

Blessing service will be conducted on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 4:00 pm from the Lehman Family Funeral Service, In. 689 Hazle Ave. Wilkes-Barre with Reverend James McGahagan officiating.  

Friends are invited to join the family from 2:00 pm until service time.

Memorial contributions, may be made in Sarah's name to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
