ROSALIE HUGHES Obituary

Rosalie A. Hughes, 81, of White Haven, died at her home on Tuesday, June 22, 2021.

Born in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Chupka Bolcarovic. She was a graduate of Meyers High School in Wilkes-Barre and worked as a night auditor bookkeeper of Hershey Pocono Hotel. In the 1980's, she and her husband, owned and operated Tea Rose Bar on Stanton Street in Wilkes-Barre. Her favorite pastime was playing cards, spending time with family and relaxing at the beach.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W Hughes, Sr.; daughter, Patricia A Sitko and daughter-in-law, Lynn Hughes.

She is survived by her sons: Thomas Hughes, Jr. and David (Karen) Hughes; grandchildren and great grandchildren.

At her request, there will be no public services.
