ROBERT BOYER Obituary

Robert L. Boyer, of East Side Borough, died Wednesday morning, April 8, 2020, in Weatherwood Nursing and Rehabilitation, Weatherly.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Emma Fritzinger Boyer and attended North Western High School. He was employed as a truck driver and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his grandchildren, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Joshua Gower in 2017.

Bob is survived by his wife, Donna L. Hall Boyer; children, Robert (Cheryl) Boyer of Lynport; Kimberly (James) Nassivera of Yardley; stepchildren, Christine (Damar) Gower of White Haven; Duane (Gail) Day of New Ringold; Robert (Judy) Day of Womelsdort; Donald (Sheila) Day of Lehighton; siblings, Cindy (Terry) Fedder of Allentown; 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brother, Kenneth (Geraldine) Boyer, Jr., Slatedale, nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19, a Memorial Service will be planned at a time and day to be announced.
