PATRICK J. JONES

Patrick J. Jones, 55, of Mountain Top, died on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at home suddenly.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of Matthew and Dominique Jones of Wilkes-Barre and was a graduate of GAR High School, Class of 1985. Following high school, he served his country proudly in the United States Army for 4 years. He worked for Niagara Water, Hazleton; was a member of American Legion, Ashley and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Megan Jones in 1994.

In addition to his parents, left to cherish his memory are his wife, Linda Urban Jones; daughter, Sarah Jones of Wilkes-Barre; son, Matthew Jones of Wilkes-Barre; grandchildren, Tyler Jones, Liam Draina, Cameron Jones, Mason Jones and many friends.

Funeral service, with military honors, will be conducted on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 6:00 pm from Lehman Family Funeral Service, Inc. 689 Hazle Ave. Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be private in St. Marys Cemetery, Hanover Township.

Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation from 4:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home Saturday.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
