NADINE BLIHAR

Nadine M. Blihar, 30, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away unexpectedly on October 2, 2025.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the beloved daughter of Mark Blihar and Michelle Rothenbecker Vincent, and stepdaughter to Joel Vincent, all of Wilkes-Barre. Nadine was a free spirit who lived life with passion and creativity. She found joy in music, art, and tattoos, and treasured every moment spent with her son, River, who was the light of her life. Her vibrant personality and kind heart touched those around her.

Nadine was preceded in death by her sister, Lauren Decker.

She is survived by her son, River Blihar; her parents; her siblings, Mark Blihar, Stacey Blihar, and Kalie Decker; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A private family service will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no public services.
