MICHAELENE J. CANNON

Michaelene J. Cannon, of Wilkes-Barre Township, died on Thursday, June 16, 2022, in the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born in Wilkes-Barre she was the daughter of the late Michael and Eleanor Peck and was a member of St. Leo the Great Church, Ashley. She worked in the dietary department at Little Flower Manor, Wilkes-Barre. She enjoyed cooking, reading and spending time with family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by infant son, Joseph.

Michaelene is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Cannon, daughters Lisa Casey and her husband, Jeff of Wapwallopen; Joann Travis of Wilkes-Barre; grandsons, Eric and Shane Casey; sister, Eleanor Andreoli of Miners Mills; cousin Matt & Pat Banashefski and pets Sprout and Murphy.

Private Blessing service was held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at the Lehman Family Funeral Service, Inc. 689 Hazle Ave. Wilkes-Barre, with Reverend Vincent Dang officiating. Interment followed in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township.
