MICHAEL MARTINEZ

Michael Martinez, of Ashley, passed away at home on Friday October 14, 2022.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of Geraldine Miller and the late Manuel Martinez and step son to the late Steve Miller. Michael was a graduate of Crestwood High School and attended Wilkes College. He was self-employed as a private contractor in residential construction and worked for redstone. He loved spending time with family and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the American Legion, Ashley, Post 673.

In addition to his mother, Michael is survived by his loving companion Gloria Lefort; daughter, Nicole Martinez, Amber Miller, stepchildren, Robin Conway, Amanda Snarski, Desarae Shaffer, Richard Hadvance, step grandchildren; siblings, Crystal Andasol, Anthony Miller, Jody Miller, nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 6:00 pm from the Lehman Family Funeral Service, Inc. 689 Hazle Ave. Wilkes-Barre with visitation from 4:00 pm until time of service.
