Maureen P. Findley, of Golden Oaks Village, Kidder Township, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
Born in Kearny, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Dennis and Nora Casey Maguire and worked as a manager for Verizon for 30 plus years; then later for Ricoh Corp for 15 years. Maureen was a two term past president of the White Haven Area Community Library
(WHACL) and event coordinator of PGA tournaments while working for Ricoh Corp. She was an avid reader and was very interested in numerology.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six siblings Jimmy, Jackie and Roddy Maguire, Enid Macnamara, Flo Maguire Wilson and Marge Clancy Holzschuh.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, William Findley; brother Thomas Clancy of Bethel Park, PA and numerous nieces and nephews and her lifelong friend of 70 years, Mary (Trainer) Sorenson, of Morris N.Y.
A Memorial service will be held in 2023.
