MANUS MORAN

Manus “Mike” Moran, of Wilkes-Barre, died on Monday, August 16, 2021, in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center.

Born in Washington DC, he was the son of the late Edward and Theresa Lawton Moran and was a truck driver for Deemers Office Supplies and Klein Candy, of Kingston, prior to retirement. He was an avid NY Yankees; the Pittsburgh Penguins and Notre Dame football fan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his wife, Frances in 2000.

He is survived by his children, Tammy (David) Koonrad of Wilkes-Barre; Cynthia Moran Duffy of Wilkes-Barre; Michael (Tracy) Moran of Edwardsville; Kelly Moran Cruz of Wilkes-Barre; grandchildren, Brett, Kyla, Andy, Miranda, Brianna, Austin, James, Mariah, Emily, David and Sarah and many great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 10:00 am from the Lehman Family Funeral Service, Inc. 689 Hazle Ave. Wilkes-Barre, with interment in St. Ignatius Cemetery, Pringle.

Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation on Saturday from 9:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
