LAWRENCE EXAMITAS

Lawrence R. Examitas, Sr. of White Haven, died on Wednesday, July 27, 2022.

Born in Shenandoah, he was the son of the late Joseph and Gertrude Examitas and served his country in the United States Army.  He was employed as an electrical technician and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, especially playing cards and going to amusement parks.  He was an avid Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles and 76ers Fan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Examitas and son Lawrence Jr.
Larry is survived by his son, Joseph (Tina) Examitas; grandchildren, Noah, Emily and Lydia; siblings Bonnie Heiler of Shenandoah; Richard Examitas of Shenandoah and David Examitas of Florida; nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 1, 2022, at 10:00 am in St. Patrick's Church, White Haven.  Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation from 9:00 am until time of Mass at the church.
