Jason P. Radjavitch, of White Haven, passed away on March 30, 2026.
Born in Wilkes-Barre on June 23, 1980, Jason attended Crestwood High School. Jason enjoyed listening to the police scanner and had a love for animals, especially his former seeing eye dog, Kaycee, who held a special place in his heart. He also had a deep love for music and the outdoors.
He is survived by his loving mother, Theresa Metzo and her husband, Mark; his sisters, Katrina Scott and Erica Radjavitch, all of White Haven; as well as his cherished nieces, nephew, and great-nephew. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will remember him fondly.
Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents Stanley and Betty Radjavitch, as well as his brother, Branden Metzo, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
His memory will be carried on by those who knew and loved him.
Memorial service will be conducted on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 6:00 pm from the Lehman Family Funeral Service, 403 Berwick St. White Haven.
Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation from 4:00 pm until service time.
