JUDITH YEAGER Obituary

Judith Yeager, of Pittston, formerly of White Haven, died on Sunday, January 24, 2021, at home.


Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Henry W. and Margaret T. Koch Yeager and was a graduate of Crestwood High School.  Judy worked for White Haven Center, prior to retirement as a nurses aide and most recently as a clerk typist.  She was a member of St. Pauls Evangelical Lutheran Church, White Haven and loved all kinds of animals and her flower gardens.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Christman.

 

Judy is survived by her sister, Marguerite Getz and her husband, Robert A. Getz Sr. of White Haven; brother in law, James Christman Sr. of White Haven; nephews, James (Laurie) Christman, Jr; Kenneth Christman; Paul (Gina) Christman; Robert (Laura) Getz Jr.; niece, Kristen (John) Sanders and great nieces and nephews.


Private Family Memorial service will be conducted in St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, White Haven with burial in Laurel Cemetery, White Haven.
