Born in Reading PA, on Nov 3rd 1946 to Robert D. Clements and Constance Walck Clements. This time spent in the military would become a defining character and help shape him as an individual, Upon leaving the Navy, Dennis returned to his passions of hunting and fishing while maintaining odd jobs, until he ultimately met his future wife while assisting her with her resort in Dingmans Ferry, Pa. It was during his time spent in Dingmans Ferry that Dennis turned his focus on the future and decided to re-enlist into the military, joining the Pennsylvania Army National Guard (Honesdale) at the age of 53.
