Obituary

Brenda J. McGlynn, 71, of Laurel Run, passed away at home with family by her side on Saturday, May 13, 2023.

Born in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Elizabeth Grube Smith and enjoyed going to car and craft shows, baking and spending time with family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene McGlynn, brother, Harold Smith Jr. and sister, Tina Lee.


 

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Dawn (Brian) Heck and Juanita (fiancé  Gary) Deiniger, both of Laurel Run, four grandchildren, Elizabeth (Jay) Hargrave, Eugene (fiancé Brittany) Heck, Katlyn (Ryan) Kerth, Mikey; three great grandchildren, Jason, Jaxon and Mavrick; sisters, Maggie (Eddie) Brinker of Easton, Gloria (Ronald) Frace, Marilyn Vandergrift of Shenandoah and Charles (Marcy) Smith, nieces and nephews.
 

Funeral service will be conducted on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 6:00 pm from the Lehman Family Funeral Service, Inc. 689 Hazle Ave. Wilkes-Barre.

 

Friends are invited to join the family on Friday from 4:00 pm until time of service.
