BARBARA PENCAK

Barbara “Barbie” Pencak, 73, of White Haven Center, passed away at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township on June 9, 2021.

Born in Plymouth in 1947, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Margaret Pencak. Barbie resided at White Haven Center for 55 years and worked in the White Haven Center mail room taking the daily mail to the offices.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her favorite aunt, Nellie Slusser, who would visit Barbara as much as possible.

She is survived by her Uncle Mr. Robert Slusser and cousins Joseph and Ronald Slusser who would also spend much time visiting Barbie.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Church, White Haven on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 10:30 am.

Family would like to Thank White Haven Center for the wonderful care they gave to Barbie for 55 years. They were her second family and she enjoyed field trips, activities and had a clean, happy healthy environment to spend her life.
