BARBARA OPACHINSKI

Barbara Opachinski, 55, of Plymouth, died at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, on Thursday, November 4, 2021. 

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Barbara Frey Lyons and was a very loving and caring woman. She enjoyed spending time with family, shopping, playing Bingo and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers Football. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Tina Lyons, brothers John and Joseph Lyons and step brother David Lyons.

Barbara is survived by her children, Tiffany Swedish, Robert, Joseph and Barbara Opachinski, two grandchildren Zoey and Sarah; siblings, Kimberly (Shawn) Glaush; Albert (Laurie) Lyons; Reynolds Lyons and James Lyons. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at 4:00 pm from the Lehman Family Funeral Service, Inc. 689 Hazle Ave. Wilkes-Barre with a visitation from 2 to 4 pm.
