ANGELA CARBONARO

Angela M. Carbonaro, 100, of Mountain Top, died on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in Smith Health Care, Mountain Top.

Born in Hanover Township, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Filomina Magnotti Bernardo and worked at the Cosmetic Counter at Lazarus Department store in downtown Wilkes-Barre.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent L. Carbonaro; brothers: Dominic, Ralph, Nick, Al, James, Ben, and John Bernardo and sister Jean.

She is survived by her children: Nicholas (Catherine) Carbonaro of Mountain Top and Kathryn Gordon of Newark, Delaware; grandchildren: Vincent, Nicole, Jennifer, Justin and David; great-grandchildren: Gabriela, Silvia, Eliana, Jake, Jenna and Liam and many nieces and nephews.

Private Family Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 11:00 am in St. Mary's Cemetery Chapel, Hanover Twp.
