ALLAN J. HARDING

Allan J. Harding, of White Haven, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022 in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his beloved wife, Betty R. Andrulaitis Harding who passed away in 2015 and sisters, Mary Giuliani and Janet Doyle.

Born in Elkhorn, WI, he was the son of the late Walter and Mable Christiansen Harding and was a graduate of Elkhorn High School, University of Wisconsin, White Water Campus where he earned his bachelor’s degree.  He was a member of St. Patrick’s Church, White Haven and the White Haven Senior Citizens.  Al began his career at Marshall & Ilsley Bank in Milwaukee, WI where he met his future wife, Betty.  He continued to advance in accounting/finance, manufacturing working for Bucyrus-Erie, Milwaukee. Next accepting a position with Atlas Chain, West Pittston, PA, relocating to Mountaintop in 1968 where they raised (4) children and were members of St. Jude’s Parish.  He was also employed with Girton Manufacturing Company, Millville; partnered with late, dear friend Jean Marriott on World of Leisure, a hobby and frame shop, Dallas; Stroud’s, Wilkes-Barre and served as Chief Financial Officer of Emcee Broadcasts Products, Inc., White Haven until his retirement in 2001.

He is survived by his sons, John A. (Jennifer) Harding, Michael J. (Margaret) Harding; daughters, Nancy Suozzi (Jerome Vidal-Fiancé), Lisa Harding (Bruce Kolosvary-Fiancé); grandchildren, Seth, Alex, Samantha, Blaise, Julia, Bella; siblings, Norma Donnelly, Louis Harding, Barbara Fisher, nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 10:00 am in St. Patrick's Church, White Haven.

Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation at Lehman Family Funeral Service, Inc. 403 Berwick Street, White Haven on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 4 to 6 pm. A Visitation will also be on Saturday morning from 9:30 am until time of service at the church.

Private interment will be held in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township.
