ABDUL KARIM

Abdul Karim III, 59, of Gouldsboro, passed away on Monday, June 14, 2021, in River Street Manor, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of the late Abdul and Margaret Doddson Karim Jr.; served his country proudly in the United States Marines and proudly worked as a security officer. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, building race cars and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his children, Jamel Karim of Pocono Lake; Zulaka and Ayesha Karim, both of Wilkes-Barre, fiancee, Carol Hagan; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Kaissime, Ahmed and Omar Karim and one sister, Sulaka Figueroa.

Funeral service will be conducted on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the Lehman Family Funeral Service, Inc. 689 Hazle Ave. Wilkes-Barre, with a visitation from 4 to 6 pm.
