EDWARD GALLAGHER Obituary

Edward J. Gallagher, of Wilkes-Barre, died Wednesday morning, February 28, 2018, in Timber Ridge Health Care Center, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late James and Monica Norton Gallagher and was a graduate of Coughlin High School. Ed was a member of the former St. Patrick's Church, Wilkes-Barre and was a caseworker for Pennsylvania State. Ed was a simple man who loved his boys, Notre Dame Football, pizza, pinochle and of course Coors Light.

He is survived by his sons, James Gallagher and his wife, Talisha, Wilkes-Barre; Brian Gallagher and his wife, Amanda, Old Forge; grandchild, Samyiah; brothers, Frank Gallagher, Ashley; Marty Gallagher, Wilkes-Barre and James Gallagher, Plains.

Funeral Service was held Saturday, March 3, 2018 from the Lehman Family Funeral Service, Inc. 689 Hazle Ave., Wilkes-Barre with interment in St. Marys Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
