Donald Gramiak, of White Haven, died Monday evening, November 27, 2017 in Post Acute Medical, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Michael and Marya Karaniuk Gramiak and brother to the late Phyllis Rutkowski and Russell Gramiak.

Donald is survived by his brothers, Martin Gramiak of Modena, NY and Myron Gramiak of North Chili, NY.

Funeral service will be conducted on Friday, December 1, 2017, at 2:30 pm in White Haven Center, 827 Oley Valley Road, White Haven.  Reverend Michael Kloton will officiate.

Friends may cal from 2:00 pm until time of service.
