CHARLES DUGGAN Obituary
Charles Edward Duggan, of White Haven, died Thursday, December 13, 2018, at home.
Born in Queens, he was the son of the late Charles F. and Arlene Maher Duggan; was a graduate of Valley Steam North High School, Franklyn Square, and Queens College where
he earned his Bachelors Degree and was employed as a paralegal.
Charles was preceded, in addition to his parents, by his sister, Christine Duggan in 1990.
He is survived by his sisters, Deirdre Bella and her husband, Douglas, Malvern, NJ; Carleen Riley, White Haven, niece and nephew.
Services are private under the direction of the Lehman Family Funeral Service Inc. 403 Berwick St. White Haven.
