Maryalice E. Koneski, 73, of Lee Park section of Hanover Township, died Friday evening, December 15, 2017 in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Twp.

Born in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Alice Nealon Langan and was a graduate of St Leo's High School, Ashley. Maryalice was a member of St. Leo/Holy Rosary Parish and loved spending time with her grandchildren and family. She enjoyed playing BINGO, search word puzzles and vacationing in Seaside Heights with her family.

Maryalice was preceded in death by her brothers, Francis and Joseph Langan.

She is survived by children, Linda Havard and her husband, Larry, Hanover Township; Lisa Urbanski and her husband, Robert, Nanticoke; Lori Lukowich and her husband, Kellan, Nanticoke; James Koneski and his wife, Beth, Hanover Township; five grandchildren, Ryan, Brittany, Alyssa, Amanda and Evan, nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be conducted at 9:00 am, Thursday, December 21, 2017, from the Lehman Family Funeral Service, Inc. 689 Hazle Ave., Wilkes-Barre, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am, in St. Leo/Holy Rosary Parish, 33 Manhattan St., Ashley. Reverend Vincent Dang will officiate.

Interment will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Hanover Township.

Friends may call on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 from 4 to 7 pm and on Thursday morning, from 8:30 am until time of service at the funeral home.
